Those Kunai you get with Cunning are especially powerful, as they apply bonus melee damage to the last enemy you hit with them and apply numerous high damage DoTs on that enemy. Just give him a Rapier, Grog Nozzle and a DPUH and watch the corpses pile up (unless you turned that option off, then you'll just have very, very empty rooms). Going half into Sniping (Until you get B0re), all the way through Cunning, and again halfway into Bloodshed (until you get Execute and F0ll0thr0ugh) makes him a monster in UVHM. Zer0 can also be effective at both long range and close quarters if you build him right. That immediately puts him at a solid 7 on the rad scale.
